| Message: | Over the last few months we have been working on several new features for InterEC.NET and yesterday we finally managed to upload some of these features on the website. The employers section, which desperately needed some updating, was more or less completely overhauled with a new set of account management and job posting management functionality. Employers can now get a better idea about effectiveness of their job postings by looking at applicant and view counts for each job posting. Besides employer section updates, we also implemented single sign-on across the entire website, i.e. you just need to log in once to use any of the functionality on the website. This is a feature that is not exactly visible to our website visitors; however, it is working great and will allow us to do some cool things in future. Given the fact that we are a small website there is always a tradeoff between creating new features and doing some publicity. One usually comes at the expense of other. However, we try to continue to maintain a good balance. Certainly over the next couple of months we will be putting more effort into publicity aspects. |

| Message: | A couple of months ago, we introduced a new payment scheme for employers for posting jobs and searching through resume database. More details on this payment scheme is available on the employer login pages. There is no worse time to introduce a payment change on a job search website than an economic downturn :-) since such downturns usually lead to a lower number of job listings on our website. We are a small and nitch job search website, but big enough to notice increase/decrease in job postings with respect to prevalent hiring conditions. However, our worse fears were put to rest when we noticed that many of the employers have continued to use InterEC.NET to post job listings without being deterred by the new charges. On the other hand, a few have decided to bail out. We hope to bring them back by investing more in site publicity. Finding the right person for the job can be difficult and we hope to provide as much value as possible to both employers and job seekers using this website. |

| Message: | Professional networking is a powerful feature in hands of job seekers. You can keep in touch with former colleagues, see what they are doing, and utilize those professional contacts to get job leads, distribute resumes, etc. Professional networking truly adds a new dimension to online job search for both job seekers and recruiters. As part of our effort to introduce professional networking functionality on InterEC.NET, we have introduced new functionality on InterEC.NET that would allow job seekers to modify their account settings, resume, and preferences more easily. Even if you are not currently looking for a job, creating a professional internet profile for yourself, sort of like a calling card on the internet, is always useful. Along with this, we also now give you access to all the job listings that you have applied at InterEC.NET - makes it easy to pull out the job listing for reference when employers call :-) Please login to check out our new features and stay tuned for more professional networking features at InterEC.NET. |

| Message: | The http://www.golfleading.com/ G15 is a little different to your normal fairway wood in that it features a lower profile and larger head than you may be used to, elongated from front to back, but it is this that the mid- to high-handicapper may benefit from psychologically ishiner. The club is easy to position behind the ball and with its rear weighting I felt able to power my way solidly through the ball. |
